Plants are living beings. As you know once the plants have been shipped we are not responsible if something negative happens to a plant due to long shipping time or a box being damaged during transport.
We are not responsible for any shipping damage, loss or shipping delay of the courier company or post company. And we are not responsible because the lost in your customs, you must know the laws of your country before to make an order.
We will only refund or replace the product if there was an error on our part:
• If you receive the wrong plant
• If the plant has died because of an excess of moisture in the box.
• If plants have died because of an insect or disease.
• If plants are damaged because of an insect attack.
In any case we never return or replace the product if the cause of the problem is not our responsibility.
We will never refund money without having tried a friendly settlement. We are certain we will be able to find a friendly solution to your problem. Trust us.
